Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Meeshu ("Meeshu," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Meeshu provides autonomous intelligence systems for enterprise operations, including:

• Anthera Capital — Autonomous trading and execution systems
• Lex & Truss — AI-powered legal compliance and contract analysis
• Supply Chain Intelligence — Logistics optimization and vendor management
• YouGee — Telecom SMS fraud detection and prevention
• Enterprise AI Assistant — Conversational AI for enterprise teams

3. Account Registration

To access certain Services, you must register and maintain an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Services' operation, to reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Data Processing

Our data processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request and governs the processing of personal data on your behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Meeshu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise customers receive a separate SLA detailing uptime commitments (99.95% target), support response times, and remediation procedures. Contact partnerships@meeshu.com for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meeshu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Data export is available for 30 days following termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
